I am a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Education from the University of Manila on May 20, 1982. I passed the Professional Board Examination for Teachers given in San Fernando, La Union on October 26, 1986. I have teaching experiences at Bauko Catholic High School and Guinzadan National high School.
