A program in which the Japanese government brings native English speakers into the country in an effort to expose students and others to native English as well as to other cultures. I was responsible for designing the curriculum of the reading, writing, and conversation classes at Aomori High School, in addition to participating in many after-school activities. Also aided seniors in choosing foreign universities and studying for the TOEFL exam.

Supervised a staff of four Portfolio Administrators in a San Francisco based Financial Planning firm. My main responsibility was managing projects from start to completion. In addition, I provided the training and continuing education for the staff, resolved client issues and assisted the managers in acquiring new clients and managing existing clients. Worked in a call-center environment for the Pennsylvania based Mutual Fund Company. Answered incoming calls from existing and potential clients and provided them with information about investment choices. I was also responsible for resolving client issues; this entailed a lot of troubleshooting and coordination with other departments.
