I worked full time as a server at Sea mates; I enjoyed the interaction and found the experience invaluable.

At Aqua Riva I worked as a line and prep cooking in an open kitchen, we cooked for up to 500 people everyday; the experience was intense and very enjoyable.Due to visa restrictions I was unable to work from Jun-99 to Jun-01 (when I became a landed immigrant).

At UNICEF I was an administrative assistant with very flexible duties. Working for a charity you soon realize job description means very little, a tight budget is maintained so that the children get the maximum benefit. To this end I found the job to be very fulfilling.
