I am Nardo E. Aliba, with good health. I finished bachelor of Science in Forestry at the Benguet State University last March 22, 2996. I finished also 43 units in Teaching Education last school year 1998-1999. I took up also 24 units in the post graduate etudies majoring in Rural Development at the same school.
