ABLE TEACH was established in Beijing China in 2001. ABLE TEACH is an education organization that is dedicated to develop pre-school children intelligence and language potential by creating a bilingual teaching environment. ABLE TEACH currently manages hundreds of kindergartens and training across China.

We strive to create a warm loving atmosphere as well as the tools, with which the kids explore the world at his/her own pace. The main campus is equipped with a computer laboratory, PC in every classroom. While maintaining high standards of excellence, ABLE TEACH promotes creative expression, and individual growth. We believe that preschool age children learn the best through activity, experimentation and play.

In ABLE TEACH, the Western and Chinese teachers work side by side to develop the children's language skill as well as present the different cultures to their classrooms.

Qualifications:

· Native English speaker with excellent verbal and written language skills College or equivalent education background. One year teaching experience in English being taught preferred;

· Commitment to high quality pre-school education, and demonstrated qualities of patience required;

· TEFL( Teaching English as a Foreign Language or TESOL )Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages certificate preferred

· 100 teaching hours per months (It is Flexible Schedule).

Compensations:

· Housing, meal(Chinese food) and transportation are provided , monthly stipend ranging from $604 To $1000. There are four ranks according to diploma, teaching level and teaching experiences. 25 hours a week, 35~50 minutes a lesson.

Salary: RMB4500~8000/M, There are four ranks according to diploma, teaching level and teaching experiences. 25 hours a week, 35~50 minutes a lesson. I. The one who has the certificate of high school or the certificate of TESOL/TEFL: ? 4500 /M II. The one who is undergraduate student or language talent and love teaching: ? 5500/M III. The one who has the undergraduate diploma and the certificate of TESOL/TEFL: ? 6500/M IV. The full-time teacher: ? 4500/M or up.

· Company will sponsor the visa application, and air tickets. Round-trip or one-way international airfare upon completion of 10-month or one year teaching contract .

· Free medical care in China

Available teaching locations include; Beijing, Shanghai, Tianjin, Qingdao, Dalian, Hangzhou, Guangdong, Fujian, Harbin, Shijiazhuang etc..
