1 、 The Brief Introduction of Chongqing university of Posts and Telecommunications

Chongqing University of Posts and Telecommunications (CUPT) is an university training and bringing up senior specialists in the fields of electronics, information, telecommunication and management.

The university, setting up in 1950 covers an area of 3300 mu with a building area of more than 350,000 square meters. At present, there are more than 13,000 full-time students and 5000 correspondence students in the university, with a faculty of about 1,300, including 380 professors and associate professors. There are five key disciplines and four key laboratories at ministry level, and 27 undergraduate majors, 12 graduate majors on the campus. It also cultivates Ph.D. candidates in conjunction with eight key domestic universities (More than 30 Ph.D. candidates are studying here). The university consists of 13 colleges and schools, 23 departments, 11 laboratory centers, 21 research institutes, 2 high-tech enterprises, and a multi-media network of FDDI and ATM with more than 5,000 on-line computers. There are 600,000 books in the university library .

一. 重慶郵電学院概況

　　　重慶郵電学院は、情報学科に特色を持ち、工学を始め、文科 · 理科 · 経済 · 管理 · 法律 · 医学などの学科を含めた総合的大学である。学校は 1950 に創設され、敷地面積が 220 ヘクタール、校舎の建築面積が 35 万平方メートル。在学中の学生数は、全日制が 13000 人余り、成人教育が 5000 人余り。教職員の数は総じて 1300 人ぐらい、その内、教授 ·副教授が 380 人余りである。 12 の修士号授与できる専攻と 27 の本科専攻を開設しており、外国人留学生や香港·澳門·台湾からの学生並びに華僑学生を募集する。省·部レベルの重点学科が 5 つと同じレベルの重点実験室が 4 つある。大学院と 13 の二級学院が設置してあるとともに、 20 の教学協力部門と 21 の研究機構、 2 つのハイテク企業を所有する。ワイドバンドのコンピュータネットが出来たキャンパスでは、 5000 台以上のマイコンがネットワークにして運行する。図書館の蔵書は 60 万冊に達する。

重庆邮电学院是以信息学科为特色，以工为主，兼顾文、理、经、管、法、医等学科门类的多科性大学。学校创建于 1950年，占地面积3300余亩，校舍建筑面积35万平方米。现有各类日校在校学生13000余人，成人教育学生5000余人。有教职员工1300余人，其中教授、副教授380余人。有12个硕士学位授权点，有27个本科专业;学校招收外国留学生和港、澳、台及华侨学生。有5个省部级重点学科，4个省部级重点实验室。学校有研究生部和13个二级学院，20个教学辅助部门，21个研究机构和2个高科技企业，并建立了宽带校园计算机网，有5000多台微机联网运行。图书馆藏书60万册。
