Guangdong Pharmaceutical University (GDPU)was founded in 1958 with a history of over 47 years. GDPU is one of the three institutions of pharmacy. It is a training center of national registered pharmacists and also an important base for continuing education in medical and pharmaceutical field. It is a legal pharmaceutical unit for CMA measurement and authentication in Guangdong province. GDPU is located in Guangzhou Higher MegaCenter with over 18,000 students of various categories. The university has been actively expanding exchanges with institutions of higher learning in over 15 countries or regions.

 

 

A description of discipline:

GDPU has a comprehensive range of disciplines. Bachelor’s degrees are awarded in 7 specialities: medicine, science, engineering, management, economics, law and literature. There are 57 undergraduate degree programs and diploma programs,. Master’s degrees are awarded in more than 10 research directions: pathogenic biology, pharmaceutical chemistry and pharmacy. Ability of reading, speaking, listening and writing in Chinese language. HSK 6 or above is required for Liberal Arts, Economy, Management students: and HSK 3 or above for Science, Engineering course and Medical students.

Application Time:

For the Undergraduate and Advanced Study Programs: applicants should apply for admission to the university before the 30th June each year.

For the Postgraduate Programs: application must be submitted to the Foreign Affairs Office in the university before the 30th December each year.
