About TPR English School
American TPR School established in 1992, is the first English language school in Zhuhai as well as the first language school in China to obtain the ISO 9001 certification. Since it's establishment, it soon became the most popular and sought after Language school in Zhuhai, and the school has branched out to three other prime locations in Zhuhai, with more expansion planned for the future. Our headquarter is located in a delightful park in Xiangzhou, Jida branch is 10-min bus away and is located in Zhuhai Hotel, Gongbei branch is located in the Guangdong Regency hotel. All locations are on easy-access routes made convenient by the reliable bus service, and although in very serene environments, enjoy ready access to the best shopping and eating spots of the city. Besides, the school has own a western-designed Cafe both in the above two hotels to enhance the culture exchange.

The TPR School provides spacious and bright classrooms, which are fully equipped. Every attempt is made to provide a relaxing and comfortable learning environment supported by friendly staff and teachers.

The TPR School gives Conversational English training to students from all age groups and English levels, K(year 4 - 7), C(year 8-10), Y(year 11-17) and adults with Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced, The class size is limited to 16 students for the children as well as youth levels and 18 students for the adult groups. The school also has lot of outside clients who enjoy the on-site training.

We have three terms a year for the general courses: the spring (March - June), the summer (July and August) and the fall term (September to the coming January).

The TPR School has had foreign teachers, including those with experience in TEFL, since it's establishment in 1992. A large number of TEFL teachers have either worked or are still working here and all have had a very memorable time - at the school, at extracurricular activities and in getting to experience the native Chinese culture and people.

An increasing number of students are coming to the American TPR English School to learn English because of the effectiveness of the TPR teaching approach, the learning environment and also the unique culture of service and friendliness that the TPR school distinguishes itself by. The school is keeping pace with the growth of the city and the Special Economic Zone as a whole.

About ZHUHAI
Zhuhai is located on the Pearl River Delta, adjoining Macau, one hour and fifteen min. ferry ride away from Hong Kong and Shenzen and ninety minutes away from Guangzhou, the capital city of Guangdong province

Zhuhai is a beautiful seaside resort city with a population of only around one million. Most people here will tell you that it's probably the best residential city in China owing to the fact that it is well planned, scenic, clean, unpolluted and pretty cosmopolitan with people here from every part of China. Situated on the South China coast and enjoying a long length of scenically landscaped coastal avenue, dotted with a number of fine gardens including a few amusement parks and two hot springs, this city makes for a perfect location if you are considering an extended stay here.

It might be worth noting that the school arranges most of the teacher's accommodations in a prime residential location, just meters away from the long, sea-side avenue that is lined with lawns and gardens - a perfect place to get your regular exercise alongside the groups of enthusiastic Chinese performing their Tai Chi. It only takes you ten-minute walk to the headquarter.

1. Native English speaker (American, Canadian, British, Australian, New Zealander) with university education and without strong accent, TEFL/TESL is preferable.

2. Start from RMB 3800~4000/month salary including basic salary and teaching fee for 18 teaching hours per week. Overtime payment is RMB100/hour.

3. Half-month or one-month salary BONUS after two-term or one-year contract.

4. One month paid vacation including Public holiday upon completed three terms contract (one year). Two weeks paid vacation upon completed two terms (half year) vacation.

5. Free Mandarin & culture lessons, 1~2 times/week.

6. Free internet usage at work.

7. Free Work Visa, Employment & Resident Permit.

8. Accident Health Insurance for one-year contract.

9. Free housing (two teachers, one two-bedroom apartment) furnished with utensils, fridge, washing machine, hot shower, air conditioner, TV set, phone, wooden sofa, beddings, wardrobes etc., Or RMB800 housing allowance.

10. Travel allowance for one year contract.

11. Bonus scheme for brining new teachers.

**The working visa covers the period when you work in TPR School, which is paid by the school, But you'd better apply your tourist visa for your 1st visa to China, paid by yourself so that your request will be more easily and rapidly confirmed, which is the fastest way to enter the country in a timely manor.
