Liuzhou City is located in the 1081＜4`-109＜45`E and 23＜54-24＜50`N in the middle of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, and has usually enjoyed the reputation of ＾The Commercial Port in the Middle of Guangxi￣. She has 4 urban districts,. One outskirts and two counties of Liujiang and Liucheng, The city¨s total area is 5272 square kms and population counties of Liujiang and population is 15884 million, among which urban district area and population being 651 square kms and 0.7455 million respectively. Liuzhou is the largest industrial city in Guangxi and is one of the
state¨s comprehensive economic system reform experiment cities and the
state¨s 8 experiment cities which vigorously develop on the basis of
