Guangxi Qinzhou Teachers College is situated in Qinzhou, a beautiful seaside city of Guangxi Province in southern China. The history of our college dates back to the founding of Qinzhou Teachers School in 1973. Since that time, has endured the undergone restructurings and name changes; nevertheless, the college has continuously operated for thirty years.

At present, the area of the college is more then 382000m2, the area of building is more then 130000m2. At the end of 2002, GQTC has more then 7,000 students (Junior College Students: 3252; Adult Junior College Students: 3755). The students can elect to major in the following subject areas: Chinese Language and Literature; Politics and Economics; English Language and Literature; Mathematics and Computer Science; Physics and Electronics; Environmental and Economic; Arts;

Now, in addition to about 400 national staff engaged in a variety of fields, GQTC also want to recruit some international teachers from English-speaking countries to enhance our English-language training program. We are currently seeking qualified English instructors for the Fall and Spring semesters. We have two positions available in September 2003 to August 2004.

Candidates must graduated from college or above. We offer free accommodations, and a monthly salary of 2,200-4,600 RMB (depending on qualifications) for foreign teachers.
