 Qualifications:

* 2. To be a Native English speaker from a major English speaking country such as; the UK, USA, Canada, Australia or New Zealand. Applicants from countries other than mentioned above need to provide a cassette tape of his/her voice to prove his/her English fluency.

Compensation
Monthly salary
* 4000--4500 RMB for a maximum of 20 hours teaching or extra-curricular activities per week depending on the candidate's education and teaching experience
* 10000 RMB airfare allowance on the completion of an annual contract
* Free single use, fully-furnished apartment is provided. The teacher will pay for the utilities of electricity, gas, telephone, internet at home. Each apartment has a kitchen, washing machine, bathroom with shower. A water cooler is provided and the living room has colour TV and telephone. The school attaches great importance in providing safe, comfortable home conditions within the local community and easy reach of the school.
 * E-mail access is provided at the school.
* Teachers are entitled to two days off (normally Monday and Tuesday) but may enjoy additional free-time when not required for duties inside the contractual hours.
* 30 days paid holiday including public holidays: for May Day, National Day (October), Spring Festival (late January or early February).
* Two-hour free Mandarin course per week
* Successful candidates will enter China on a Tourist Visa and the school will convert this to a one-entry work (Z) visa free of charge.
* The school will assist in gaining the following certificates and documentation which will be paid for by Interlingua:
o Z visa as described above
o Residency permit
o Health certificate (gained from a medical, including an X-ray and blood test in GuiyangForeignResidentsHospital).
