Qiqihaer city is located at the Songnen Plain in northeast China, the
reigon from 122 to 126 degree east longitude and from 45 to 48 north
latitude, borders Daqing and Suihua city on its east, Baicheng city of
Jilin province on its south, back on the Inner Mongolia Hulunbeier,
connect Heihe and Daxinganling on its north. the city covers an area of
