Department of Business and Trade
Department of Business and Trade was set up in 1984,
originally specializing in business management. Over the past twenty
years, its teaching has covered various fields in economy and trade,
finance, computer information management, foreign languages for
business and business administration. The number of its graduates
has reached over 3000. In addition, it has opened more than twenty
training classes for administrative managers in textile field. The
department now offers 7 majors, which are International Economy
and Trade, Modern Logistics, International Freight Agency and Customs
Declaration, Finance Management (oriented in finance and taxation),
Marketing and Hotel Management, and it provides a dual major in
Foreign Trade and Business English as well. It has an enrolment
of more than 900 students. Among the experienced teaching staff,
six teachers have senior professional titles, 11 junior professional
titles, and 8 have a double- profession title, 10 have obtained
their master’s degree. The department possesses mock laboratories
in business and foreign trade, modern logistics, accounting EDI
and hotel management. It has established cooperative relations with
firms of foreign trade, ports and five-star hotels, which have become
the practical training bases for both the teachers and students
in the department. Besides, the department provides training services
for people in Financial Affairs, Taxes-paying Planning and Preparation,
Fund Raising and Investment Analysis, Statistics, Secretary, Modern
Logistics, Business Operation and Marketing, Economic law and International
Commerce Law Practice and Hotel Management. It also opens training
classes on how to successfully obtain certificates for international
businessman, foreign trader, documents dealer in foreign trade,
Customs declaration officer.
Customs Declaration and International Freight
Educational objectives:
To cultivate vocational talents with comprehensive qualities, a
good foundation of academic knowledge and operating and creative
capacities working in international freight, shipping agency, storage,
foreign trade, Customs declaration and related fields.
Education duration:
Three years for graduates of senior middle school, five
years for graduates of junior middle school.

trade and acquire certificates of PRETCO level A, BEC and NIT-1.

Logistics Management
Educational objectives:
To cultivate vocational talents with comprehensive qualities,
a good foundation of academic knowledge and operating and creative
capacities working in industry, commerce, trade, transportation
enterprises, logistics centers and delivery centers.
Education duration:
3 years for graduates of senior middle school.
