Summer Camps
Host: Jiangsu Education Services for International
Exchange
A: Teaching:
- Location: in the key schools of Jiangsu Province.
- Teaching schedule: Each program will last 2 to 3 weeks (including
2 to 3 days’ free local tour); there are 5 teaching period each
day (45 minutes per teaching period).
- Participants and class size: Middle school students aged from 13-16.
. Usually there are 25-30 students per class.
- Content of course: To improve the listening and speaking ability
of students. Foreign teachers are responsible for conducting and organizing
their class and preparing their own teaching materials.
- Teaching facilities: The camp will be responsible for providing
the necessary teaching facilities. (Computer with Internet access,
printer ect.)
B: Living condition:
Accommodation: The camp will be responsible for providing free meals
and housing, including bathroom, air-conditioner, TV, local telephone
and other living utensils.
Transportation: Foreign teacher are responsible for his or her own international
and domestic airfare. The camp will be responsible for the transportation
from Nanjing to the teaching place.
C: salary
Attending our summer camp, foreign teacher could have the opportunity
to enjoy the culture of Jiangsu and broaden their experience in China.
At the same time, we will compensate your contribution to international
education exchange.

E: Qualification for applicants
1. Native English-speakers
2. Those in English major or with TEFL certificates or educational background
will be given preferential consideration.
3. Teachers with summer school experience will be preferred.
4. Teachers with self-confidence and good communication skills.
F: Documents & passports
Every teacher should send an application with his or her resume, degree
copy and passport copy (the page with your number and photo) to Yan
Yujun
G: Orientation
We will hold a meeting on the morning of July to give our teachers an
orientation and all the details of the programs.

Goals:
- To enable Chinese students to gain skills in speaking, listening,
reading and comprehension of the English language.
- To promote an understanding of other country’s culture, history,
geography and science.
- To engage Chinese students in the skills of critical thinking and
creativity.
- To obtain ability how to enjoy other country’s society, culture
and custom.
