Liaoning Technical University , located in Fuxin city Liaoning Province, is a key national university with over 50 years of history offering multi-disciplinary subjects in engineering, science, liberal arts, management, economics, law and agriculture. At present, total student enrollment is more than 25,000. This includes more than 22,000 doctorate students, graduates, undergraduates, higher vocational students and overseas students.

Liaoning Technical University now has 2 mobile post-doctoral centers, 2 level-1 discipline specialist doctoral programs, 8 level-2 discipline specialist doctoral programs, 29 majors for master’s degree and 5 majors for engineering master’s degree. Liaoning Technical University has established intercollegiate relations and academic exchange with over 10 foreign universities and colleges in Germany, Australia, South Africa, America, Japan and Vietnam and signed Agreements of Cooperation with these universities as Central Qeensland University in Australia, University of Pretoria in South Africa, Technical University of Berlin in Germany and Akida University in Japan. The university also has a Sino-Australian 2+2 Dual-Degree program in Environmental Engineering.
