Shouguang Century School is located in Shouguang City in Shandong Province.Shougang has been referred to as the “Chinese Vegetable City” because ofits vegetable production and highly technical agricultural approaches.The school was completed in 2004, and has a beautiful campus near the Mihe River.The school teaches students from kindergarten through 9th grade.We have approximately 4200 students with most of the students living at school.Century school offers small classes and a friendly environment.The school is committed to the importance of acquiring English skills.English is a mandatory subject for all grades.Century school offers a modern teaching environment with classrooms equipped with student computers, internet connections, and audio-visual capabilities.Our goal is to develop each student to his or her full potential in a caring environment which emphasizes character development and student creativity. Contract duration: One year(25 Aug.2006-25 JuL.2007) Starting date: Should correspond to contract Working place: Shouguang Century School Campus Workload: 15-25 periods per week ( 45minutes per period ) Monthly salary (RMB):4000-5000 Courses to teach: Oral English, Reading, Writing, Literature
Travel allowance (RMB): 1000 of one year contract Free Chinese course : 2 hours per week Meals: Teachers Dining Hall and apartments are equipped with refrigerator, stove, microwave, and cooking utensils. Medical:Infirmary on Campus; Modern Hospitals are a short distance from Campus. Boarding：Private furnished apartment with modern bathroom, air conditioning, washing machine, iron, television, telephone, and broadband internet.Laptop computer is loaned to student for contract duration. Facilities in apartment: TV, telephone, air conditioner, furniture, fridge,kitchen, independent bathroom, internet broadband Surrounding facilities:24h-service supermarket, park ,laundry, restaurant,bus stop, raillway station
