I agree to teach in:

Zhejiang, China (with camps in Hangzhou, the capital of Zhejiang, China and other camps, such as Taizhou camp, Wenzhou camp, Ningbo camp, Quzhou camp, Huzhou camp, Jinhua camp, Jiaxing camp, Shaoxing camp, Zhuji camp, Yiwu camp and other places) at a short time notice

I agree to teach (selective):

Program A from July 11 to July 31 (FULL)

Program B from July 11 to July 24 (FULL)

Program C from July 25 to August 7 (FULL)

Program D from August 1 to August 21 (FULL)

Program E from July 13 or 14 or 15 to August 12 or 13 or 14 (4-week for students or teachers)

I agree to accept:

The program class and activity time of 8:00--11:30 am for morning session, 2:00--5:30 pm for afternoon session

Teaching teachers

Teaching students or teachers

I agree to accept:

6-7 hours a day and 5-6 days a week with Sundays off and one or two tour of the local city or towns for each program

I agree to accept the salary of (selective):

RMB5000 yuan for Program A from July 11 to July 31-FULL

RMB3500 yuan for Program B from July 11 to July 24-FULL

RMB3500 yuan for Program C from July 25 to August 7-FULL

RMB5000 yuan for Program D from August 1 to August 21-FULL

RMB6500 yuan for Program E from July 13 or 14 or 15 to August 12 or 13 or 14

I agree to accept (selective):

Free three camp cafeteria meals with Chinese students for each program including one day before and after the program

or a meal subsidy of Rmb 920 yuan for program A-FULL

or a meal subsidy of Rmb 650 yuan for program B-FULL

or a meal subsidy of Rmb 650 yuan for program C-FULL

or a meal subsidy of Rmb 920 yuan for program D-FULL

or a meal subsidy of Rmb 1200 yuan for program E

I agree to accept:

Free shared hotel room near or inside the camp for each program including one or two days before and after the program

I agree to be responsible for:

The room and board of my friend or family who will accompany me, not as a teacher

I agree to accept that:

I will be personally responsible for the cost the consumption of the food, beverage and drink in the hotel room if I use them and other hotel services which I use.

I agree to accept:

No reimbursement for using the Internet bar and no reimbursement for any airfare or transportation to and from Hangzhou during the program

I agree to be responsible for:

My own health insurance and my own safety during the program

I agree to accept that:

If I leave the camp prior to the end, for personal reasons, I will compensate all the losses related thereto

I agree to accept:

The confidentiality of the content of contract between China TEFL Network and myself

I agree to accept:

that during the contract term, if I leave the teaching post without permission, prior to the end of the camp, my salary will be forfeited.

I agree to accept:

that if I violate the law in China, China TEFL Network has the right to dismiss me and all benefits and salary shall be forfeited.

I agree to accept:

that If I am reported, by the school, not qualified for the teaching, China TEFL Network reserves the rights to dismiss me, thus, my salary will be deducted according to the number of days left and I am willing to take all the loses related

I agree to accept:

that should I fail to arrive at the place designated by the contract to fulfill my mission stated in the contract, I shall be liable to China TEFL Network for their costs and expenses incurred due to my failure, including their costs and expenses for finding a replacement. The Compensation will be pursued via China TEFL Network by its lawyer in my resident country

I agree to accept:

that should China TEFL Network fails to provide teaching opportunity after I arrive in China according to the contract, I will also get the contracted salary, plus 3 days tour in Zhejiang for free including accommodation and meals.
